We are proud to share with you the moment of the Galileo 2000 Award ceremony conferred to Prof. Francesco Montorsi for Medical Science. The award – now in its 19th edition, the first under the presidency of Antonio De Virgiliis – took place on May 19th at the Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio in Florence. Among the other awardees this year were Philippe Donnet (for Business), Jeff Koons (for Art), Giuseppe Tornatore (for Cinema) and Ornella Vanoni (Lifetime Achievement Award).
